Invite team members and manage roles for your RKT workspace
Team Management
Invite team members to help manage chatbots and handle conversations. Go to Settings > Team.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — billing, team management, all features |
| Admin | Manage chatbots, knowledge sources, settings. No billing or team management |
| Agent | Handle inbox conversations, view analytics. Cannot modify chatbot settings |
| Viewer | Read-only access to analytics and conversations |
Inviting Members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Enter their email address
- Select a role (Admin, Agent, or Viewer)
- Click Invite
They'll receive an email invitation to join your workspace.
Managing Members
- Change role — Use the role dropdown next to each member
- Remove — Click the trash icon to remove a member
- Pending — Invited members show a "Pending" badge until they accept
How It Works
Team members see your chatbots and data when they log in. The getEffectiveUserId system resolves their identity to your workspace, so they work within your account scope.
Agents can:
- View and respond to inbox conversations
- Take over conversations from AI (handoff)
- Use canned responses
- View analytics
They cannot:
- Create or delete chatbots
- Modify chatbot settings or knowledge sources
- Manage billing or team members
