Access settings from the sidebar navigation. Your workspace settings include:

API Keys — Generate keys for the MCP server
Team — Invite members and manage roles
Appearance — Theme and display preferences
Webhooks, Automations, SLA, Responses (canned responses) and Security (per-chatbot rate limit) have their own tabs
Notifications — Email and alert preferences
